The Inland Lakes varsity volleyball team made its first trip to the MHSAA finals in Battle Creek after a dominant 3-0 quarterfinal win against Ironwood in Munising on November 16.
Their Cinderella season continued into the championship match after a thrilling 3-2 win over Mt. Pleasant Sacred Heart in the semifinal on Thursday.
